A note from the founder
Fourth Quarter Consulting exists because too many good business owners approach their next stage without the structure or documentation to back it up. Missing operating agreements, disorganized books, and undefined use-of-capital plans quietly undermine otherwise strong businesses.
Our work is intentionally narrow. We help owners structure the entity correctly, organize the documentation, and put a written expansion plan in place. We are advisors - not lenders, brokers, attorneys, or CPAs - and we say so plainly. The decisions belong to the owner and their licensed professionals; our job is to make sure they walk into those decisions prepared.
